**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience (required)
- A passion for coaching, training, and driving results
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealership teams
- A valid passport (Canada, EU, or AU)
- High energy, dynamic public speaking ability
- Bilingual skills in French, Mandarin, Hindi, or Korean (an asset, not required)

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- You’ll spend most of your time in dealerships, working directly with sales teams
- Regular travel across Canada and internationally to lead Training and Private Sale Events
- Evening and weekend availability required to facilitate high-impact Sales Events
