**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **top-quality service** in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas lights installation
- Safely **operate and maintain equipment** such as ladders, water-fed poles, scrubbers, squeegees, and pressure washers
- **Collaborate** with team members for smooth, efficient service delivery
- Provide **excellent customer service** — be friendly, respectful, and professional
- Always follow **safety protocols** and wear protective gear when required

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in **window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, or Christmas lights installation** (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Comfort working in **all weather conditions** (rain, heat, cold)
- Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to quality
- Great **communication and customer service skills**:

- Ability to work **independently** or as part of a team
