**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform window cleaning and gutter cleaning services for and residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Utilize tools effectively to clean windows, including water fed poles, leaf blowers, and ladders.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, including moving equipment or accessing hard-to-reach areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Engage in custodial duties as needed, contributing to overall facility maintenance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in window and gutter cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices, including the use of cleaning chemicals and safety measures.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
- Experience with heavy lifting is essential for accessing various window heights and locations.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
