Duties:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable, processing accounts receivables and payroll, and assisting with budgeting and account analysis. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Generate financial reports for management review -Process accounts receivables and incoming payments in strict adherence to established policies and procedures -Prepare and post credits, invoices, bank deposits -Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues -Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients -Perform clerical duties as required & or assigned

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Odoo and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processes
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
