**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern - Junior Buyer to temporarily support our Procurement Department while our Junior Buyer is on medical leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-plant manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities, including placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support procurement strategies for categories such as packaging, PPE, and raw materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Analyze inventory and consumption data to support demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
- Help maintain accurate procurement documentation and support ERP system updates (Sage X3).
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives and supply chain improvement projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a college or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (Sage X3) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual skills (Vietnamese or Spanish) are an asset.
