We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Personal Shopper, Team Lead to join our team in 2290 Sunwood.
This position will contribute to the success of the store by demonstrating our company mission of Always Customer First and embodying our core values of Service, People, Innovation, Fun, and Integrity.
Join our team and get up to $500 in bonuses
Must have open availability and available to work up to 40 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the quality, freshness, accuracy and on-time completion of every customer order.- Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.- Fostering a positive environment that is focused on always customer first service.- Supporting the management team with team member relations.- Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business- Taking count of the correct amount of stock
You have:
- Passion for great food and outstanding service- Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude- Experience in a leadership role considered an asset- Retail, customer service experience considered an asset
