Engage and interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere that enables the department's sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve consistently high levels of customer service
- Collect customer testimonials
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Liaise with the various departments to ensure awareness of the incentives and promotions being offered
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required
- Generate customer sales through follow ups and networking
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals
- Prepare units and quality control prior to completed customer walk through
- Draw up sales agreements for approval of purchaser and seller
- Maintain and improve all Sales inventory on Website
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the RV or automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of RV features, specifications, and financing options
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
