We are looking for another Full Time Finance Manager for our growing and dynamic RV Dealership. Calling all current Finance Managers, Auto, Marine, Powersports Dealer Sales Representatives as well as anyone with Bank experience to join our team. We are a strong culture of like minded people that want to have fun at work while also delivering great life long experiences to RV Buyers. The hours would range from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 6pm Monday to Friday alternating week to week. Every second Saturday would be scheduled during the months of April to October. We are closed every long weekend. If you are ready to finally be excited to go to work, then this is the place for you The Finance Manager's main role is to assist the customer in their RV purchase. This means they will be required to have an understanding of bank loans, extended warranties, insurances and the benefits of financing VS cash payments for a customer. Training will be provided but some experience with the above is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with dealership standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and clients to enhance profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support sales strategies.
- Utilize mathematical skills to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop financial solutions tailored to customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- finance sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
