ARO Inc. is a dynamic and diverse company with an office located in the city of Burlington.
- We are a 3rd party collection agency, who partners with financial institutions, government agencies, telecommunications companies, utility providers, post-secondary educational institutions, health care and insurance providers._

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
- Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)
- Clearly document call results and content of calls
- Manage workloads/lists of consumers who have failed to make payments
- Abide by all Collection Agency Acts and Regulations as legislated in each Province
- Uphold the client (Creditor) work plans and the ARO code of ethics by treating consumers with honesty, dignity, and respect at all times
- Support the Management team by acting as a Team Leader

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years** of 3rd Party Collection experience preferred
- Customer service, Call Center or Sales experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of CUBS, DRS, and Highway software preferred
- Strong Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Bilingualism considered an asset

A successful background & credit check will be required of the successful applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
