_Fast Track Indoor Karting is a Go-Kart / Family Entertainment facility Langley _
- Currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated people to join the team_
- CURRENTLY HIRING: Event Coordinator to manage both Private and Corporate events (birthday parties, bachelor parties, team building events etc._

**Duties & responsibilities** include but are not limited to:

- Respond to all inquiries in a prompt, professional and efficient manner
- Greeting our customers and assist them in understanding our products, pricing and specials including events products and custom events
- Maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude to foster a great racing experience and able to handle large groups of up to 50+ participants
- Efficiently processing customer information, maintaining customers accounts and verifying waiver forms
- Ensuring all safety requirements are met by verifying racer heights and attire, and making sure all participants view the safety video
- Maintaining the cleanliness of events areas including party rooms.
- Processing payments and accurately handling cash transactions and upholding cash handling policies
- Taking photos for social media content and assisting in contests and promotions
- May assist in additional duties in the Events Manager’s absence
- Complete follow up calls and ensure events are running smoothly
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships

**Certifications & Experience Required**:

- Must be over 18 years of age
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- First Aid Certification
**Work Hours & Compensation**: _(negotiable based on experience)_
- Saturday - Tuesday 9:30am-12:00am_
- Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends._

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
