Dead Frog is a BC Craft Brewery and Tasting Room with an award winning lineup of brews distributed across Canada. We’re all about great food, great craft beer, and having a hoppin’ good time. We focus on living life to the fullest and creating innovative, high quality craft brews like Juice Box Sour Mixer, Hippity Hop Hazy IPA, and Steel Toe Lager. We’re located in Langley BC and currently distribute great beer in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Yukon.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Dead Frog Marketing Coordinator is a fun-loving, creative, intelligent, driven individual dedicated to growing Dead Frog’s brand and brews. The Marketing Coordinator is a master of social media, graphic artiste, promotional planner, brand ambassador, and provides support to the tasting room. They also contribute to long term strategies for the brewery, and have a hand in creating brands for new brews that are introduced.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _**Social Media**_
- Post daily and respond to customers.
- Develop plan for growth of Dead Frog website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor various feeds to ensure engaged community.
- Ensure results are tracked and goals are met.
- Coordinate inclusion of communication about tasting room events, brewery happenings, liquor store/licensee support, and festivals.
- _**Web Design and Maintenance**_
- Update website with news/brews/events via CRM.
- Keep back end of website up to date.
- Keep website looking fresh and innovative
- Ensure page view goals are met.
- Keep online shop up to date.
- _**Graphic Design**_
- Assist with brand creation.
- Design and order POS materials.
- Steadily evolve visuals of brand/brews.
- _**Promotions**_
- Develop and implement promotions for Tasting Room and online shop.
- Work with local account managers to increase sales.
- Plan and implement promotions across BC.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting.
- Plan and execute social media, print, and radio ad campaigns.
- _**Trade Shows/Beerfests/Events **_
- Plan and attend.
- Develop marketing goals and promotions for each show.
- Pour beer and represent brand.
- _**Tasting Room Support**_
- Assist with events.
- Provide staffing support when needed.
- Provide design support.
- _**Long Term Planning/Product Management Support**_
- Contribute to long term strategies of company and brews.
- Help develop individual brands for brews.
- _**Merch**_
- Design and order.
- Maintain and track stock.
- **Community Outreach**:

- Build and foster community with customers and local business.
- Increase awareness of outreach Dead Frog engages in.

**HOURS**
- 40 hours per week.
- Brewery days - Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Promotions/Events - Hours to be determined as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage or craft beer industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Experience with content creation and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for craft beer and enthusiasm for the industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient with modern photography

Medical and Dental Extended Health Benefits eligible after 3 months of full-time employment. Dead Frog Brewery pays 50% and employee pays 50%. Not mandatory and can be turned down.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
