**Adjoint(e) Exécutif(ve)**

L'Adjoint(e) Exécutif(ve) joue un important rôle dans le soutien opérationnel de nos équipes déployées au plus près de nos clients. Ce rôle exige une grande flexibilité et autonomie, une orientation vers un service alliant precision, ténacité et proactivité ainsi qu’une grande aisance pour établir et maintenir un dialogue constant avec nos équipes installées en Asie, Europe et Amériques, ainsi que nos clients et prestataires.

**Ce Que Vous Ferez**
- Supporter le COO et l’équipe de direction dans leurs différentes tâches administratives et de suivis:

- Gérer et analyser les courriels et autres communications pour identifier les priorités, les suivis et définir les actions requises. Ajuster l’agenda et les priorités en fonction des besoins.
- Gestion des déplacements et voyages d’affaires et la logistique reliée
- Planification, coordination et organisation des réunions internes: invitation, ordre du jour, documentation nécessaire, compte-rendu et suivis des points à exécuter suite à la réunion.
- Coordonner la planification et la logistique liées aux événements et conférences auxquels participle l’entreprise ainsi que pour nos reunions internes annuelles.
- Coordonner l’animation des réseaux sociaux de l’entreprise et la communication externe, en coordination avec des prestataires extérieurs, en fonction de l’actualité transmise par les équipes.
- Faire le suivi des besoins en formation exprimés par les équipes lors des entretiens de progrès et faciliter leur réalisation.
- Participer aux rencontres d’équipes.
- Supporter toute autre tâche en lien avec nos opérations quotidiennes et priorités du moment
- Participer à identifier des pistes d’améliorations pour nos équipes

- Forte débrouillardise, capacité de travailler de façon autonome, démontrer un bon jugement et de l’initiative.
- Capacité à développer et à maintenir de solides relations avec diverses équipes et présenter une attitude positive.
- Fortes habiletés organisationnelles et en gestion du temps; capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit en français et en anglais.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou en secrétariat ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bonnes connaissances de la suite Office (incl uant une excellente connaissance de Word et PowerPoint) et de gestion des courriels et agenda.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.

**What You Will Do**
- Support the COO and the leadership team in their various administrative tasks and follow-ups:

- Handle travel arrangements, business trips, and related logistics.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize internal meetings: invitations, agenda, necessary documentation, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
