Are you passionate about cooking and delivering outstanding culinary experiences? Taste Catering is seeking a dedicated and skilled **Catering Cook** to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that combines both kitchen prep and on-location event cooking.

**Position**: Catering Cook
**Location**: Cohen's Beer Republic + off site event locations
**Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time Available
**Compensation**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Catering Prep**:

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for events in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
- Follow established recipes and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen during preparation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment for catering needs.

- **On-Site Event Cooking**:

- Travel to various event locations to prepare + present food.
- Set up + serve dishes while maintaining excellent food quality and presentation.
- Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adapt quickly to unique kitchen environments and event-specific requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in catering or professional kitchen environments.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings for event-based shifts.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver's license is an asset
