We're looking for a Line Cook who is energized by crafting high-quality meals and maintaining efficient kitchen operations and excited to deliver diverse, delicious food experiences to our team while supporting events and embracing new AI tools in food services. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact: 

As a Line Cook, you'll work with kitchen staff, the front-of-house team, and directly with customers to:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready for smooth service.
• Support on-site catering and special events with timely and high-quality food offerings.
• Utilize kitchen software and basic AI tools to track inventory and reduce food waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to menu changes, special requests, and dietary needs.

What you bring: 

You bring 2–3 years of line cooking experience, with proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and a strong ability to work independently and maintain consistency under pressure. You have:

• A proven track record of customer service excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to problem-solve in real time, especially in customer-facing situations.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and a willingness to learn and utilize digital or AI tools for inventory tracking and kitchen efficiency.
• Experience with catering events, digital recipe management, and sustainable kitchen practices.
• A calm, friendly, and professional demeanor that fits well with a fast-paced team environment.

Hours of work: 

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  
• Wednesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – ~7:30–8:00 PM
