**Job Summary**

COBS Bread Burlington is looking for a full time Midnight Baker. As a Baker you will learn new skills, have the opportunity to be challenged and work as part of a team in a fun and supportive environment. **Working at COBS Bread your responsibilities will include**:

- Effectively mixing dough(s) and process product to COBS Bread’s recipe book standards.
- Achieve or exceed set speed and efficiency targets, ensuring you are delivering on time to meet customer demands.
- Deliver delightful customer service and effectively promote marketing campaigns.
- Adhere to OH&S standards; maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow the Food Safety Program (FSP).
- Sell our product range.
- Discuss promotional products and educate customers about our breads.
- Merchandise the bakery to look attractive and inviting; enhancing the customer experience.
- Ensure all bakery records are maintained and up to date.
- Contribute to an effective team environment, building and fostering good working relationships.
