Job Summary
COBS Bread Burlington is looking for a full time Midnight Baker. As a Baker you will learn new skills, have the opportunity to be challenged and work as part of a team in a fun and supportive environment.
Working at COBS Bread your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively mixing dough(s) and process product to COBS Bread's recipe book standards.
- Achieve or exceed set speed and efficiency targets, ensuring you are delivering on time to meet customer demands.
- Deliver delightful customer service and effectively promote marketing campaigns.
- Adhere to OH&S standards; maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow the Food Safety Program (FSP).
- Sell our product range.
- Discuss promotional products and educate customers about our breads.
- Merchandise the bakery to look attractive and inviting; enhancing the customer experience.
- Ensure all bakery records are maintained and up to date.
- Contribute to an effective team environment, building and fostering good working relationships.

Candidates with previous experience in baking and customer service are preferred although it is not essential as we offer full training.
