**General Description**:
A Craigs Cookies Baker is responsible for the production of cookies, the guest experience, and the overall cleanliness of the bakery. This role is the cornerstone to a well-run bakery. The baker’s motivation and hard work keep the flow of business smooth.

Baking experience is not required, rather is helpful during the training process. Customer facing service industry experience is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Preparing dough, following the Craig’s Cookies recipe with care and attention
- Preparing cookies quickly and efficiently
- Completing cookies for orders and prep as directed by the manager on duty
- Washing dishes using posted method
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing customer transactions using the POS
- Fulfilling delivery app orders and requests
- Packaging ordered (Pick Up, Delivery, Shipping, Special Events)

**Knowledge**:

- Exceptional customer service experience
- Working experience in the service industry, and/or a role which focused on repetitive tasks an asset
- Familiarity with food delivery apps (ie. Uber, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes) an asset
