**Reports To: Clinic Manager**

Our friendly primary care clinic is located in Downtown, Vancouver. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized and motivated professional for a Permanent Full-Time position to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy clinic. The expected salary range will be $18 - $23 per hour and includes Extended Health Benefits for full-time, permanent staff after 3 months of probationary period. The clinic is composed of medical doctors (walk-in and family doctors), specialists (internal medicine specialist, pediatrician, dermatologist, orthopedic specialist), naturopathic doctors, clinical counsellor, registered nurse, and pharmacist.

Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

Experience in a Family Practice office

Knowledge of MSP billing

Past EMR experience

Past Experience with MSP billing

Proficient computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Answer telephone

Data entry tasks

Educate patients about clinic policies

EMR task management

Escort patient to exam room

File & update medical charts

Manage patient complaints

Monitor and log inventory and supplies

Notify patients of availability of lab results

Order Inventory and supplies

Other related duties as required

Oversee MSP billings submission

Patient appointment Scheduling and maintenance

Prepare patient for examination

Restock supplies in patient rooms

Set up/clean patient rooms

Step in to support other function needed

Submit MSP, ICBC & WCB billing claims

Triage patients over the telephone

Work in reception (greet patients)
