**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
- **Campaign Execution**: Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
- **Optimization**: Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in digital marketing campaigns, including keyword optimization, ad targeting, and content strategy adjustments.
- **Budget Management**: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and provide recommendations to clients based on industry insights.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, address any concerns or issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary offerings to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and client services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Agency experience is a plus.

**Contractor position**

$25-$30 based on experience (room for growth)

Hybrid position model -must be willing to come into office 3 day a week -2 days remote work.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
