We are searching for a **Manager, Digital Innovation**to join our Analytics & Innovation Team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**About the Opportunity**
- Key in driving and executing on our strategic roadmap for digital innovation aligned with organizational priorities and emerging industry trends.
- Supervise and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and innovation specialists, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across the organization, while championing the Insights Lab as a catalyst for digital transformation
- Identify and prioritize high-impact innovation opportunities that support long-term care and retirement sector advancements.
- Promote user-centered design principles to ensure solutions meet the needs of residents, families, and staff.
- Define project goals, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of innovation initiatives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital innovation projects & operational efficiency
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners—including research institutions and AI innovators—to advance our applied health innovation strategy and digital transformation goals. Develop and present business cases for digital innovation investments to senior leadership.

**About You**

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

- Advance Degree in Computer Science, statistic, mathematics or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology innovation, or data-driven strategy roles.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field considered an asset
- Certified Health Executive considered as asset
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
