- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Operate a Point-of-Sale system.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all customers receive prompt attention.
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Help maintain a clean, organized & friendly environment
- Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen staff
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
