Server, Waiters and Waitresses

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team at The Restaurant on the Knoll in Picton, Ontario. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. **Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Set up tables and ensure they are properly arranged for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent math skills for accurate order-taking and cash handling
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to provide outstanding customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
