Your Tasks:
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and website.
- Work with the team on business processes digitalization and automation.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Support the design and development of marketing materials using tools like Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Attend virtual meetings and contribute fresh perspectives to marketing discussions.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing marketing events and initiatives.
- Take initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Implement digital solutions to automate processes to create synergy in our daily business.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing and/or Design)
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity in Microsoft Office suite and CANVA.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process automation.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing or design is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Results-oriented and flexible way of working in a fast-paced and international environment.
