Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, as a Content Specialist, you will lead the content strategy and lead all internal communications and social media. You are a strong writer who can write for a variety of audiences. This is an exciting role for someone with strong social media skills and a passion for innovation. **Responsibilities**: - Developing and driving the content strategy for the LendCare social media channels - Writing internal communications and social media content - Responsible for social media content creation, posting and reporting - Work collaboratively with Graphic Designers, the Business Development team and other internal stakeholders - Make recommendations, and order, coordinate, and distribute the company’s branded apparel and merchandise / swag - Maintain the LendCare voice and ensure compliance within the organization **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of communications, content and social media management experience - Excellent proof-reader with high attention to detail - Proven experience working under pressure and tight timelines - Solid understanding of advertising, branding, marketing and corporate communications - Financial services and B2B experience is a plus - Availability to work fulltime in our office in Pickering, ON. **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
