Construction Site Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- **Site Preparation and Clean-Up**: Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, cleaning and preparing construction sites as needed.
- **Material Handling**: Transport materials and equipment to and from sites using personal vehicle, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
- **Support Tasks**: Provide support to skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by fetching tools, materials, and other necessary items.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain logs of work performed, materials used, and any other relevant site activities.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in the maintenance and minor repairs of construction equipment and tools.
- **Communication**: Relay messages and information between different team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in inspecting completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
