**The Opportunity**:
Branksome Hall is seeking **two** Head Exam Proctors to invigilate exams for Grade 8 to 12 students. One Head Proctor will be overseeing the Main Exam Room while the other will work with Learning Strategies Students writing with Exam accommodations. Integral to providing support for students writing their exams, Head Exam Proctors are responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and set up the exam rooms- Supervisor Exam Proctors to ensure compliance with all policies and exam procedures- Taking attendance and reading standard exam instructions to students;- Distributing, collecting, checking and counting exam materials from students;- Setting up and oversee DIGIExam, which is the student lockdown browser for students writing with computer accommodations- Ensuring academic integrity by strictly adhering to the school’s regulations, policies, and procedures regarding exams- Enforcing time limits and compliance with other exam procedures while honouring additional time requirements for students with accommodation approvals- Ensuring all student accommodations are provided and individual rooms are set up for students with Learning Strategies Plans- Preparing completed exams for pick-up or delivery- Preparing a final proctor report which includes rule violations and/or unusual occurrences that have been escalated by Exam Proctors

**Position Parameters**:
Head Proctors are required for the following training and exam dates:

- February 24th between 9 am - 11 am (Head Proctor Training Day)- February 25th between 10 am - 12 pm (Proctor Training Day)- February 26th - March 3 2025- April 28th - May 21, 2025
- June 3rd - June 14, 2025

Head Proctors are required from approximately 7:30 a.m. 11:30 am and or 12:30 pm
- 4:30 pm each day. In addition, Proctors are required to attend one training session, the date for which is still to be determined.- OCT certified (or equivalent) or in the process of graduating from a teacher’s education program- Previous experience proctoring exams, being a Head Proctor or providing supervision would be considered an asset- Possess sound judgment as well strong communication (both verbal and written), organizational, and monitoring skills- Enjoy working with Senior Middle School aged students- Keen eye for detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain discreet while maintaining a presence.- Able to exercise a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism,particularly with the handling of student and exam information**Target Hiring Range**:$25 Hourly
