We are a small team of individuals who quickly make decisions and adapt to the changing needs of our customers and drivers without layers of red tape

**As the Warehouse Lead you will be responsible for the following**
- Lead the Sorting Center staff and delegate tasks to ensure the day-to-day operation is running efficiently.
- Comfortable off-loading incoming parcels, inspecting received goods, and positioning them thoughtfully in the Sorting Center depending on bundling. Must be comfortable using a pallet jack. Fork-lift license is not required but is an asset.
- Responsible for processing same-day returns from customers, which includes inspecting the goods.
- Sort parcels.
- Scan and label parcels.
- Solve issues like ghost parcels and returns.
- Take ownership of the duties and take on other administrative duties and daily operations tasks that may be required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commute to the Warehouse located in Markham
