**Job Summary**

Trademark Industries Inc. & Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations. This leadership role requires someone who can manage day-to-day logistics, direct staff, and ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse functions — from receiving and inventory control to shipping and carrier coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Lead and manage a small team of warehouse staff; schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure accountability.
- Prepare and review all shipping documents and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Communicate with external carriers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and negotiate freight rates.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and enforce proper warehouse protocols.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify operational efficiencies.
- Train new team members on procedures, equipment, and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with shipping software and warehouse management systems.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (license an asset).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with carriers and quoting LTL/FTL shipments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
