**Responsibilities**:

- Coach and support a multidisciplinary employees team in executing daily operations.
- Manage orders for Pro customers, especially the most demanding ones, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain procedures and tools to continuously improve team efficiency.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process, coordinate the onboarding of new hires, and ensure their training.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, suppliers, and procurement departments.
- Make strategic recommendations to enhance team performance and improve customer service.
- Understand the specific needs of professional clients and propose solutions tailored to their challenges.
- Stay up to date with market innovations, features, and functions by attending appropriate training.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in team and personnel management.
- Experience or knowledge in the construction sector or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Asset: knowledge of internal software (MMS, Soda, etc.).
