**Our expectations**
We are looking for a coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team. With excellent stress management skills and the ability to handle multiple files at once, you are comfortable working in a team. Your ease of communication, combined with exemplary organization, makes you a valuable collaborator within any team.
Your quick learning ability and resourcefulness are undeniable assets that allow you to efficiently solve challenges that arise. You are known for your diligent work, punctuality, and sense of responsibility, ensuring consistency and reliability in all tasks you undertake.

**Your role**
- Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders.
- Work closely and maintain good relationships with sales representatives, delivery and reception services, as well as with colleagues.
- Understand the issues facing Pro customers to advise them and find solutions adapted to their needs.
- Stay informed about new products available on the market as well as their features and functions, benefiting from appropriate training.
**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction field
- Experience in customer service
- Asset: knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems
