**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on site
- Ensure safety, quality control and project schedules are maintained
- Monitor construction activities and resolve any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with workers, sub-contractors, and clients
- Ensure that materials and equipment are properly used and maintained
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in residential construction as a foreman
- Rough framing, concrete construction/masonry, restoration/renovation experience **is a MUST**:

- **Framing Carpentry Experience is a MUST**:

- Experience leading a crew in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Fluent English speaking, reading and writing, speaking **Ukrainian, Polish or Russian is a MUST**

**Salary**: Starting at 30$+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (required)

- Ukrainian or Polish (preferred)
- Russian (preferred)
- English (preferred)
