Prerequisites

Minimum of 5 years experience with steel stud framing, drywall installation and ceiling systems.

Must have own vehicle (truck preferred but not necessary)

Must have own tools

Must be willing to travel all over GTA (Oshawa to Oakville)

Must be flexible with work hours occasionally have to work afternoons and weekends if needed.

Must be able to lift min of 50 pounds

Must be comfortable working at hights and confined spaces

Must have fall arrest certificate and WHIMS

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Must live in Canada and have work permit/SIN number

Job description

Our Foreman are responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Must have exceptional communication skills, time management and a strong knowledge of the trade from layout and blueprint reading to framing walls, ceilings and bulkheads with steel studs as well as installing drywall, insulation, corner beads, T-bar ceilings, ceiling tiles, shaft walls and fire protection products.

Open positions

Journey man Drywaller/framer $32-$42/hr

Drywall finisher $32-$42/hr

Crew Foreman $35-45/hr + Bonus pay

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
