**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead the **health and wellness division**, overseeing clinical operations across physiotherapy, chiropractic, naturopathy, acupuncture, and more
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of licensed practitioners
- Design and implement **clinical SOPs, protocols, and performance KPIs**:

- Ensure excellence in **patient-centered care, compliance, and safety standards**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to integrate health services with spa, fitness, and lifestyle offerings
- Manage scheduling, space allocation, and caseload efficiency
- Stay ahead of **emerging trends** in holistic, integrative, and preventative medicine
- Support educational outreach, wellness content, and brand-aligned marketing efforts
- Be a thought leader — helping shape **how wellness is delivered** in Canada and beyond

**The Experience We’re Looking For**
- Licensed healthcare professional (PT, ND, DC, MD, etc.) **in good standing**:

- 5+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a **leadership or management role**:

- Proven ability to lead **multidisciplinary teams** in wellness, medical, or lifestyle medicine settings
- Deep understanding of **holistic, preventative, and integrative healthcare models**:

- Familiarity with EMRs, clinic software, and compliance frameworks
- Outstanding communicator, organized, empathetic, and proactive
- Passion for innovation, patient experience, and modern wellness culture
