**Job Title**: Marketing Assistant

**Reports To**: President

HMG Brand Development is searching for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part with several companies to grow their digital footprint. Our agency works within the Automotive and Powersports markets, with some of the largest brands in the industry.

**Here's what you'll be up to**:
**Social Media**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok & Linkedin.
- Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads Manager with a strong focus on conversion ads to prompt purchase, and client web traffic.
- Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics and deliver results.

**Video Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality videos for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with videographers and ownership on concepts and production.
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms.
- Provide performance reports and insights to the sales team for follow up.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media and digital marketing
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles, use of Google & YouTube ad placements
- Familiarity with CRM systems

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week
