**OBJECTIVE**:
We are seeking a dynamic junior sales coordinator to support our international sales markets. The junior sale coordinator will perform administrative tasks and act as a liaison between Head office and the global sales force, with an emphasis on order entry and sales order maintenance.
**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Provide Administrative support to the global sales team
- Enter and modify orders, validate information and ensure they are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Generate company communication memos
- Support the users (sales team) in the post
- implementation of new processes across the organization
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Various/other administrative tasks.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Business Administration preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; French language skills considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior administrative experience a strong asset
