**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of strategic and tactical yield and inventory management to maximize rooms revenue via major distribution channels, including the GDS, Central and On-property reservations, Website, and Third party internet sites. The Revenue Manager will support the General Manager and the Sales Team by providing pertinent information and tools to enhance the property’s sales and marketing efforts and decision making process. You will identify, communicate, and execute opportunities to increase incremental revenue. The Revenue Manager, with assistance from the Director of Sales, will provide short-term and long-term rooms revenue projections, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and full-year projections.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Set and manage appropriate yield controls to maximize revenue on all distribution channels, including CRO, GDS, Website, and Third-party channels
- Communicate sell strategies with sales and operations team
- Monitor and evaluate market demand trends, including surveying the comp set’s strategies
- Conduct weekly Yield meetings
- Attend Sales and Marketing meetings
- Provide statistical information to Executive team members at the property and assist with budgetary compilation
- Complete and submit InnVest weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast reports as needed
- Maintain and enhance client-vendor, travel agencies, consumer, relationships
- Set and ensure accurate rate (SRP) loads
- Provide reports measuring results of hotels Sales and Marketing efforts and interpreting as needed
- Audit necessary booking channels, commissions, and patterns in a timely and accurate manner
- Set appropriate and congruent pricing among all market segments and distribution channels.
- Limited travel may be required for training and implementation purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Previous Revenue Management in Hotels required (IHG brand experience a plus)
- Knowledge of the GDS and key internet distribution channels
- Team-oriented and self-driven
- Analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, OPERA, Delphi, LightHouse (formerly OTA Insights), and Demand360 is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Diplomacy in handling challenging situations and individuals while maintaining professionalism.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing market dynamics and needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
