As a specialist in a fast-paced electronics contract manufacturer, your responsibility is to ensure the latest product data is loaded to our “enterprise resource planning” (ERP) systems, correctly driving procurement and production builds.

**What you'll do**:

- Management of Customer Data and Specification documents within our defined file system.
- Manipulate customer data for B.O.M. load/part load templates
- Population of the data to Enterprise Planning systems. (Visual ERP)
- Assess and implement ECO changes to update product baseline.
- Issue workorders, travelers and deviations for production builds..
- Update and maintain document management systems and physical records
- Service the organization with best practice record management and development.

**What you'll need to get the job done**:

- 2 years experience working in data management and document control
- Experience implementing engineering changes (ECO), configuration management and revision management.
- Experience with ERP system such as SAP to document bills of material (BOM), workorders, deviations and travelers.
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Excel. Some understanding of Excel VBA is considered an asset.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Employs a results-oriented teamwork approach to meeting objectives;
- Ability to prioritize duties, multi-task, and quickly assume new tasks to function productively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven ability to establish working relationships with customers, design engineers, operators, and QA personnel, with strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure utmost accuracy
- Exposure to ISO 9001 quality management systems
