3+ years experience in bookkeeping.
Process full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Run payroll.
Back up for Invoicing
Prepare various excel files as needed.
Filling & Organization.
Be accountable for all the AP, AR, proper allocation of accounts, tax, etc.
Accountability, Initiative, efficiency, responsibility an asset.
Full-time hours: 40 per week
