**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and balances.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero for financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Experience with payroll processing and related regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.50-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
