**Who We Are**:
**Your Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Scheduler to join our dynamic and growing team located in Brampton, ON.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the shipment and pick-up of rental equipment
- Plans and executes deliveries and pick-ups in an efficient manner for Scafom's fleet of trucks, daily
- Communicates with drivers throughout the day to make sure that deliveries and pick-ups are being done efficiently
- Collaborates and communicates with sales representatives, labour crews, customers, and on-site work forces
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status' of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves for Scafom's fleet of trucks
- Engages with customers and drivers with a positive attitude
- Provides additional backup support for all operations
- Receives emergency and non-emergency calls and records all significant information
- Addresses problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Prioritizes calls according to their urgency and importance
- Uses RAM software to track and send crews, vehicles, or other field units to appropriate locations
- Monitors the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Provides field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
- Enters data into the computer system and maintains logs and records of all activities and other information
- Keeps records of all overages/shortages of products coming back from rentals
- Investigates all overages/shortages and finds out where they came from, and how they happened
- Inputs orders for the swing stage and scaffolding departments
- Processes all outgoing delivery paperwork accurately
- Processes all incoming receiving paperwork accurately
- Processes equipment transfers in-house and from different warehouses
- Develops a truck loading schedule daily

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in the customer service field, same or similar industry experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize them as needed
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, intermediate Excel)
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with RAM software or similar software experience is preferred
