About CaMart

CaMart is one of the fastest-growing cellphone retailers in the Niagara region, with stores in Welland and St. Catharines.

We specialize in phones, repairs, accessories, and online sales.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer who can sell phones aggressively, create viral TikTok/Instagram content, and drive customer traffic both online and in-store.

Position Overview

This is a performance-based role — your results determine your income and growth.

If you perform, you stay and grow with us. If you excel, your earning potential is unlimited.

Your main goals:

- Sell 50+ phones per week
- Create viral social media content
- Drive foot traffic and online conversions

Key Responsibilities
- Sell 50+ phones weekly through in-store and online channels.
- Manage and respond promptly to Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram, and Kijiji leads.
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and repairs to maximize profits.
- Create 4-5 TikToks/Instagram Reels daily:

- Phone unboxings, repair transformations, and best deals.
- Customer testimonials and shopping experiences.
- Trend-driven videos designed to go viral.

- Grow CaMart’s TikTok and Instagram accounts to 10K+ followers within 3 months.
- Use trending hashtags, sounds, and effects to maximize reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven B2C sales experience — preferably in electronics, phones, or retail.
- Portfolio of viral TikTok or Instagram content (minimum 3 videos with 50K+ views each).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and online selling platforms.
- Confident on camera and skilled in video creation and editing.
- Excellent communication skills; Punjabi/Hindi is an asset.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven.

Compensation

Performance-Based Earnings — you control your income:

- $5 commission per phone sold → Earn $250/week if you hit 50 phones.
- $2 per accessory upsell.
- Weekly Bonus: Additional $100 for selling 60+ phones.
- Monthly Bonus: Additional $250 for hitting 250+ phones.
- Viral Content Bonus:

- $50/video for 50K+ views
- $100/video for 100K+ views

You can earn up to $3,500+ per month or more based on performance.

This is a performance-based role — your results determine your income and growth.

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Locations:

- 825 Ontario Rd, Welland, Unit 110- 595 Carlton St, St. Catharines, Unit 15
