CaMart is a growing electronics retail and repair brand with multiple locations in Ontario. We are now preparing to expand through franchising, wholesale, and structured online sales channels. This role is for someone who wants to help build a scalable business, not just manage a job.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Franchise & Business Growth Manager to work directly with the founder to expand CaMart through:

  • Franchise sales and development
  • Offline sales channels (corporate, wholesale, local partnerships)
  • Online sales systems and lead generation

This is a hands-on growth role with a small base salary and strong incentives tied directly to performance.

Compensation (Read Carefully)

  • Base Salary: $36,000 per year ($3,000/month)
  • Franchise Sale Commission:
  • $7,500 per franchise sold
  • Increases to $10,000 per franchise after 5 franchises in one year

  • Performance Upside: Long-term profit participation opportunity after proven results

This role rewards closers and builders. There is no income cap.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development

  • Help structure CaMart's franchise model alongside the founder
  • Identify, qualify, and close franchise investors
  • Conduct investor presentations and follow-ups
  • Coordinate franchise onboarding and documentation

Offline Sales Growth

  • Build corporate and wholesale sales relationships
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and institutions
  • Create repeatable sales processes

Online Business Expansion

  • Help build structured online sales channels (marketplaces, website leads, B2B online sales)
  • Improve lead generation systems
  • Track performance metrics and conversions

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum 15–20 investor or sales outreach conversations per month
  • Consistent pipeline development
  • First franchise sale expected within 90 days
