**Job responsiblities**:
Assisting Store Manager in organizing, planning and implementing company strategy;
- Ensuring that company guidelines and OH&S regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean work environment;
- Coordinating day-to-day operations, including set work shift, monitor staff performance and providing training to employees on a regular basis;
- Supervising, leading and motivating employees;
- Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management;
- Collecting customer’s feedback and comments and addressing client’s concerns;
- Assisting with procurement of supplies and inventory management;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the Store Manager
**Job Requirements**:
- 5+ years management experience is required;
- Fluent English is required and Mandarin is an asset.
- Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 0:30/1:30 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.
**Benefits**:

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
