**Earning Potential**:

- **Competitive Compensation**: $25.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Our top technicians earn up to $9,000 monthly after taxes.
- **Bonuses & Incentives**: Earn up to $1,000 on top of your hourly pay through monthly performance bonuses, overtime, and tips.

**Your Role**:

- Diagnose and repair various types of appliances.
- Communicate effectively with clients and on-site managers.
- Access and utilize manufacturers' service manuals and bulletins.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a safe working environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Residency in Vancouver.
- Driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Appliance repair experience with commercial and residential units.
- Appliance Repair Journeyman Certificate (preferred, but not required).
