The Home Store is a small business in Ottawa, ON K2G 1G4. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to sell, delivery and repair used appliances.

Our work environment includes:

**We are currently seeking Appliance Technicians in Ottawa, ON and the surrounding areas to join our team**

**Part Time (20 to 30hrs per week)**:$17 to $30 per hour depending on experience during **6 months probabtion period** with potentially full time position after probation period.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform reoutine maintenance on all appliances including fridges, electric stoves, washers and dryers
- Perform installation of new parts on appliances
- Install new appliances at different locations
- Lift, move and carry appliances in, out and around the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean work area

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid G Driver's licence
- Ozone Depletion Prevention Certification Required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in fixing, maintaining and troubleshooting appliances.

**Benefits**:

- Potential vacation pay, sick days and health insurance after probation period.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Ozone Depletion Prevention (preferred)
