What You’ll Do:

- Scrum Master for 2-3 teams
- Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and related workshops
- Reinforcing Scrum practices
- Process Management and Improvement - collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master role.
- Team Building - Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work and in the project.

Your Preferred Profile:

- strong facilitation skills (in-person and remote).
- 5+ years of current Scrum Master experience is required

- experience supporting multiple teams is an asset.
- Ability to engage technical and business audiences, including the executive team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
