**Job Summary**

**What is the Opportunity?**

We are a fast-growing wealth management team focused on serving high-net-worth business owners. We’re seeking a high-energy Cold Caller who thrives on making volume outreach—over 100 dials per day—to generate qualified leads and book appointments with business owners interested in professional portfolio management.

**What will you do?**
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to targeted business owners
- Clearly communicate our value proposition and spark interest in our wealth management services
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the Senior Portfolio Manager
- Log and track all interactions in CRM accurately
- Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement
- Stay persistent, professional, and personable throughout outreach

**What do you need to succeed?**

Must-have
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales (finance background a plus)
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
- Driven, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
- Confident speaking with business owners and high-net-worth individuals
- Ability to work independently, meet daily call targets, and manage follow-ups
