- We are actively seeking a highly skilled Messaging Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Messaging Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support for Apache Pulsar implementations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the development and optimization of our messaging platform.

This role is tailored for individuals with a strong foundation in modern coding languages such as C#, Python, Java, C++, etc., and a passion for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of messaging systems.

**Responsibilities**:
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve Apache Pulsar implementation issues- Develop and manage proactive monitoring solutions for issue identification and resolution- Optimize Pulsar configurations and code for improved performance and efficiency- Provide stakeholders with authentication and authorization details for accessing Pulsar- Develop Azure pipelines for automating Pulsar deployments- Creating and maintaining technical documentation- Train internal teams and clients on Pulsar usage, best practices, and troubleshooting

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science- 2+ years of software development or programming experience- Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and data structures- Good experience in either C#, Python, Java, C++, or other modern programming languages- Experience with a messaging platform like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Service Bus or Apache Pulsar- Exposure to cloud services like Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies- Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving- Detail-oriented work style
