Spray Painter

READ THIS:
This position is for someone who is an expert when it comes to all things painting - spraying paints on exterior surfaces like siding/stucco (cabinet experience is a big plus), comfortable with tall ladders, masking and pressure washing to prep houses. You need to be quality oriented, there's 0 tolerance for cutting corners & it's all about meticulous work and positive can-do attitude. We have a work hard play hard culture & I want someone to atleast fit in if not promote the same behaviour.

We also have an opening for a person that can become a team lead & then maybe build a path towards being head of our production. That someone would have a very strong work ethic, is great with customers & technology and takes initiative to improve themselves & processes every day. It only starts there as you would have to be good with working with your team & building solid relationships so people can look up to you & follow your lead. **Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed.
- Work on ladders & tape windows/trim/soffits etc.
- Remove & Install finished cabinet doors & drawers.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces as required.
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with the installation of various materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in spray painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of relative trade skills like carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with painting projects.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and quality finishes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
