**Company description** Apprentice for Painters (NOC7294) to join their team. Reporting to the project supervisor and company owner, you are a tidy, hard-working professional who carries out your work with pride and attention to detail. You are independent and also work well in a team. Please send a resume and expression of interest (to know you) Our workplace is positive, supportive and accommodating; learning experience in our industry. **Job description** Education: Secondary (high) schoool graduation certificate Previous interior/exterior painting experience (preferred) - Training available in: staining, spray, etc. - Be comfortable on heights (ladders) - Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) - Work areas range from West Vancouver/ Coquitlam and North Vancouver/Delta. Must be able to get to work on your own. - Driver license and vehicle (preferred) - Drug-free - No criminal record - You are going to need WHMIS, vest, hard hat and safety boots (6" height) - References required 40-45 hrs per week Pay: From $20.00 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Night shift - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - painting: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
